Shipping and Handling

• The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total items in your order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
• Standard ground delivery to the lower 48 states will be within 3 to 10 business days once the package has shipped.
• Depending upon the items purchased and the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available.
• Shipping and handling will be charged at the time of shipment. .
• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. 
• If you choose to upgrade the shipping method, Next Business Day orders must be received by 11:59 a.m. PST and 2nd Business Day orders must be received by 11:59 a.m. PST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
• Note, no Saturday deliveries.
• We use a variety of shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). If your address is not deliverable by a particular carrier, please call our customer service department to place your order #.Shipping charges for orders returned as undeliverable, and/or orders that have been refused will be charged to the customer.
• Abeliabathandbody orders are all shipped without a signature required. If you want signature required you must call our customer service department to place your order and a $3.00 signature fee will apply.

Alaska & Hawaii

• Standard delivery will be within 4 to 14 business days. USPS Only
• Refer to the Shipping & Handling chart listed above for all delivery charges.
• Certain products are not available for shipment to these areas.

Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories

• Standard delivery will be within 21 to 30 business days. USPS Only
• Refer to the Shipping & Handling chart listed above for all delivery charges.
• Certain products are not available for shipment to these areas.

P.O. Boxes

• The United States Postal Service will not be an option for all addresses, but may be required for some destinations.
• Standard delivery will be within 4 to 14 business days.
• Express delivery is not available.
• Certain beauty products are not available for shipment to these areas.

APO/FPO Delivery Time

• Standard delivery will be up to 30 business days.
• All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Services. Express delivery is not available.
• Refer to the Shipping & Handling chart listed above for delivery charges.
• Certain products are not available for shipment to these areas.
• Delivery to a stateside APO/FPO box will be made in 10 business days. Actual delivery time to the recipient's location may take up to a total of 30 business days or more.

• Shipping Rates to Canada are our Ground rates above +$20.00
• Standard delivery for Canada 7 - 20 business days.
• No expedited or overnight delivery is available
• Certain products are not available for shipment to some Canadian addresses.
• Canada Post will not be an option for all addresses, but may be required for some destinations.

Notes on Holiday Shipping

• The United States Postal Service (USPS) will not be an option for all addresses, but may be required for some destinations.
• Delivery to a stateside APO/FPO box will be made in 10 business days. Actual delivery time to the recipient's location may take up to a total of 30 business days or more.
• Orders are not shipped out or delivered on Federal Holidays.

Returning an Item

The invoice in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

Returns by mail in the United States:

• Sign into your account on AbeliaBathandBody.com, click on Return Requests and select your items and reasons for  return. 
• Pack items safely for shipping and affix the return shipping label located on the invoice.
• All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. AbeliaBathandBody.com is not responsible for return items that are lost in the mail. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. (Unless items were mis-shipped or damaged. In this case you must call customer service to process your order)
•  All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanging an Item

We are unable to offer exchanges for AbeliaBathandBody.com orders during the return process. If you would like a new item please call customer service to place a new order and you will receive free standard shipping on your new order.
